EAT, BE, DO, LIVE, THRIVE

I use to think everything could be solved through nutrition.

Then I got wise.

To achieve vibrant health there must be balance in several overlapping areas of life. This is represented by Eat, Be, Do Live, Thrive.

Eat: Encompasses my Real Food Eating philosophy. It is getting back to basics with whole, unprocessed, plant-based, gluten free foods that are healing rather than depleting.

Be: Is being mindfully in the moment and listening to hunger and fullness cues. It includes meditation and quiet contemplation on and off the mat.

Do: Is not just how we move our body through yoga or physical activity, it is our life work or volunteering, resting, playing and sleeping.

Live: Is cultivating a non-toxic social and physical environment. It is how our surroundings impact our life such as noise, personal care products and how we choose to care for our world.

Thrive: Is living with positive intentions, having a life purpose, seeking self-discovery, spirituality and intellectual pursuits.

How does this relate to working together?

Although our sessions will emphasize nutrition or the Eat element, as a wellness coach I encourage contemplating all aspects of vibrant health. We do this through creating a personal wellness vision or overall big picture view of how you want to feel and live so that we can plan your journey.
